elcome to the website of Lettuce In.  We opened our doors to the public on Monday, August 29, 2011.  We are located at 1924 Grant Street at the Todos Santos Plaza.  We are thrilled to be a part of the Concord business community and look forward to serving you.  Our shop specializes in healthy salads, sandwiches, soups and raw vegan selections. Please take the time to visit our pages, enjoy our pictures and review our menu. We have a set menu but will be adding specials often.  We welcome your feedback and ideas in order to improve our service to the community.  

Our raw vegan food demos are presented seasonally and offer a wealth of information about the raw vegan life style.  We inform people of the benefits of eating a plant based diet that includes nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables.
